Welcome to Sapphire Sky Events LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, engaging with us, or accessing our website (www.sapphireskyevents.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all interactions between Sapphire Sky Events LLC and its clients, whether services are booked via our website, phone, email, WhatsApp, in person, or any other communication method.

We provide wedding décor, event design, rentals, photo booths, lighting, special effects, and related services.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Booking & Payment Policy

A 35% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date (for services over $2,000). Full payment is required at booking for services under $2,000.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

All payments are non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge that services are custom and date-specific.

Full Payment Obligation:
Once a booking is made, the client is responsible for the full contracted amount, regardless of cancellation, non-use, or any other reason.

Failure to Pay:
If the final balance is not paid by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel services. In such cases, the client remains responsible for the full amount due.

Processing Fee:
A processing fee of up to 2.9% may apply to card or electronic payments. This fee may be included in pricing or added separately.

Taxes:
Applicable sales tax (approximately 7%, depending on location) will be applied in accordance with Georgia law.

Rental Terms (If Applicable)

Rental items are provided for the agreed event duration and must be returned or picked up as scheduled.

The client is responsible for all rented items during the rental period.

Delays, extended use, or access issues may result in additional charges.

Security Deposit & Damage Policy

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain rentals.

Clients are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of items, including those caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged up to the full value of the item.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Clients remain responsible for the full contracted amount regardless of cancellation, changes, or event cancellation.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and additional fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, venue access, and necessary permissions.

Clients are responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests, vendors, and third parties during the event.

Venue Access & Delays

Clients must ensure proper and timely access to the venue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, lack of access, or other vendors.

Additional labor or waiting time may be charged.

Changes & Modifications

All changes must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the event.

Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Weather & Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, clients assume all weather-related risks.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel setups if conditions are unsafe.

No refunds will be issued due to weather.

Liability & Injury Waiver

Sapphire Sky Events LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages (including financial loss), accidents, or incidents involving clients, guests, vendors, or venue staff related to the use, presence, or setup of décor, rental items, equipment, or staff.

Clients assume full responsibility for all such risks and agree to indemnify and hold Sapphire Sky Events LLC harmless from any claims or liabilities.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, government actions, or emergencies.

Photo & Video Use

By booking our services, you grant Sapphire Sky Events LLC the right to capture and use photos and videos of the event, décor, and setup for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertising.

This is a condition of booking.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of a dispute, the client remains responsible for:

  • Full contracted amount

  • Associated fees

  • Legal and collection costs

We reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, they will be handled in courts located in Georgia, USA.

Claims may not exceed the total amount paid.

The prevailing party may recover legal fees.

Privacy & Data Protection

Client information is used solely for event coordination and communication. We do not sell or share personal data.

Marketing & Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related communication and occasional promotional messages. You may opt out at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
