Payment-card and bank information is generally processed directly by third-party payment providers. Depending on the payment method, Sapphire Sky Events may receive limited transaction details but may not receive or retain your complete payment-card number or banking credentials.

Marketing use of identifiable client images is governed by the applicable agreement, photo and video release, consent selection, or other written authorization.

We do not assume that a client owns the copyright to professional photographs merely because the client possesses a copy. We may request permission from the photographer or other rights holder before using professional content.

F. Photo-Booth and Event-Gallery Information

When photo-booth or gallery services are provided, we or our service providers may collect:

  • Photographs;

  • Videos;

  • Animated GIFs;

  • Digital image files;

  • Event-gallery access information;

  • Email addresses or telephone numbers entered for image delivery;

  • Delivery status;

  • Date and time of each session;

  • Device or session information; and

  • Any message, caption, or selection entered by the user.

Photo-booth users should enter only their own email address or telephone number, or information they are authorized to use.

Children should not enter personal contact information into a photo booth without the supervision and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Photo-booth galleries may be hosted by a third-party platform and may remain available for a limited period. Guests should download desired images promptly. The availability and retention period may be determined by the selected package or gallery provider.

Unless separately disclosed, Sapphire Sky Events does not intentionally use photo-booth images to create facial-recognition profiles or biometric identifiers.

G. Website and Device Information

When you use our website, we and our technology providers may automatically collect:

  • Internet Protocol address;

Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent us from sending necessary service-related communications regarding an active inquiry, contract, payment, or event.

Event photography and video may include décor, installations, venues, clients, guests, and vendors.

Our right to use event media for marketing will be determined by the applicable:

  • Client agreement;

  • Photo and video release;

  • Consent selection;

  • Photographer permission;

  • Venue rules; and

  • Applicable law.

Where practical, a client may request one of the following preferences:

  • Full marketing permission;

  • Décor and wide venue images only;

  • No intentional close-up marketing use of the client; or

  • No marketing use without additional written permission.

A request to remove previously published content will be reviewed in good faith. However, complete removal may not always be possible when content has been printed, shared by third parties, archived, reposted, or lawfully incorporated into existing materials.

13. Information Concerning Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use the website to collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent.

Events and photo-booth services may include children as guests. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of photo-booth sharing features.
