Sapphire Sky Events LLC (“Sapphire Sky Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for people with disabilities.

Sapphire Sky Events does not control the physical accessibility of independently owned venues or the accessibility practices of unrelated third parties. However, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and coordinate accessibility-related needs within the scope of our services.

Some documents, particularly older files or documents supplied by clients, venues, or vendors, may not be fully optimized for every assistive technology.

You may request an alternative format or assistance understanding a document by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative when practical.

7. Known and Possible Limitations

Despite our efforts, some website content may present accessibility limitations, including:

  • Older photographs or graphics without complete text alternatives;

  • Decorative event galleries containing numerous images;

  • Embedded social-media posts;

  • Venue floor plans or design diagrams;

  • Content that has not yet been fully reviewed.

We continue to evaluate accessibility concerns and prioritize reasonable improvements.

Our website is intended to work with commonly used, reasonably current browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies.
