By using sapphireskyevents.com you accept these terms. The site is owned by Sapphire Sky Events LLC (Georgia).

• Information, not an offer. Prices, packages and photos describe our work and may change. A booking exists only through a signed proposal under our Client Terms.
• Our content. Photos, videos, text, logos and designs belong to us or our photographers. You may share our pages with credit. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without written permission. The Sapphire Sky Events name and logo are our trademarks.
• Fair use of the site. Do not misuse the site, scrape it, upload harmful code or send false inquiries.
• Links. Links to other sites (reviews, social media, vendors) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
• Availability. We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for use of the website alone is limited to $100. This does not affect your rights under a signed booking or any rights the law does not allow us to limit.
• Law. These terms are governed by Georgia law.
