Photo & Video Policy

Version 2.0. Effective October 13, 2026.

We photograph our work to show future clients what we create.

• What we capture. Our team may photograph and film the décor, setup, effects and venue before, during and after your event. We focus on the design, not on guests.
• How we use it. On our website, social media, proposals, award entries and advertising, without payment. We may mention your venue and first names. We never publish surnames, addresses or private details without permission.
• Your consent and opt-out. Signing your proposal gives this permission. You can withdraw it, fully or for certain people, by writing to us before the event. After the event, you can ask us to remove a photo or video that shows you, and we will remove it from our own channels within 30 days. Content already printed or shared by others may remain.
• Children. We do not feature an identifiable child as the subject of a post or ad without a parent's or guardian's written permission.
• Guests and vendors. Please tell us if a guest has asked not to be photographed. Photographers' and videographers' work stays their copyright. We use it only with their permission and with credit.
• Your photos of our work. You are welcome to share photos of our décor. We appreciate a tag: @sapphiresky_events.
