Accessibility Statement (New Jersey)

We want everyone to be able to explore our work and reach us easily, whatever device or assistive technology they use. The website is run by Sapphire Sky Events LLC (Georgia). New Jersey services are provided by Atlas Bold LLC.

• Our standard. We design this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA: readable contrast, text alternatives for images, captions where videos carry speech, keyboard navigation, visible focus, and respect for reduced-motion settings.
• Ongoing work. We test the site when we add pages and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party content, such as embedded inquiry forms, social media feeds and review widgets, is controlled by its providers. We choose accessible options where we can.
• Need help or found a barrier? Email nj@sapphireskyevents.com or info@sapphireskyevents.com and tell us the page and the problem. We will reply within 2 business days and can share information or take your inquiry in another format, such as email or phone ((856) 605-2626).
• At your event. If you or your guests have accessibility needs that affect the setup, such as clear paths, table heights or effects near guests, tell us when you book and we will plan for them with your venue.
