SMS Policy (New Jersey)

Version 1.0. Effective October 17, 2026.

This policy explains how Atlas Bold LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), sends text messages about New Jersey inquiries and events and handles the information connected with them. It applies when you agree to receive texts from us, for example through an inquiry form on our New Jersey pages, our client portal, or by texting us first.

Your consent

• We text only people who have agreed to receive our messages.
• Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of a booking.
• About an inquiry or booking you started, we may text replies to your questions, proposal, invoice and payment notices, venue walkthrough and event reminders, and event-day coordination.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency depends on your inquiry or booking. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop our texts. We send one confirmation and nothing more unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact nj@sapphireskyevents.com or (856) 605-2626.
• Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking or change your agreement. We keep in touch about an active booking by email or through the client portal.

What we collect

Your mobile number, the record of your consent (date, time and method), the messages you send us, and delivery information from our messaging providers.

How we use and share it

• We use it to talk with you about your inquiry or booking, keep records of consent and opt-outs, and comply with the law.
• We do not sell your mobile information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
• We share it only with providers that deliver our messages or run our client portal and must protect it, when the law requires, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business under this policy.

Security and age

We use reasonable safeguards, though no transmission over mobile networks is completely secure. Our texts are meant for adults planning or booking an event. We do not knowingly text children under 13.

Our Privacy & Cookie Policy covers our general practices, and a booking is governed by our Client Terms. We post any update on this page with a new effective date.
