Website Terms of Use (New Jersey)

By using the New Jersey pages of sapphireskyevents.com you accept these terms.

• Who is who. The website and the Sapphire Sky Events name are owned and run by Sapphire Sky Events LLC (Georgia). Services in New Jersey are provided by Atlas Bold LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. A New Jersey booking is a contract with Atlas Bold LLC only.
• Information, not an offer. Prices, packages and photos describe our work and may change. A booking exists only through a signed proposal under our Client Terms. DJ services are not offered in New Jersey.
• Our content. Photos, videos, text, logos and designs belong to Sapphire Sky Events LLC, its licensees or our photographers. You may share our pages with credit. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without written permission. The Sapphire Sky Events name and logo are trademarks of Sapphire Sky Events LLC.
• Fair use of the site. Do not misuse the site, scrape it, upload harmful code or send false inquiries.
• Links. Links to other sites (reviews, social media, vendors) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
• Availability. We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it is provided as is. To the extent New Jersey law allows, our liability for use of the website alone is limited to $100. This does not affect your rights under a signed booking, your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, or any other rights the law does not allow us to limit.
• Law. For New Jersey residents and New Jersey inquiries, these terms are governed by New Jersey law, and cases are filed in the courts of New Jersey.
